10:00 AM- Check In
SESSION 1:
11:00 AM- Technique/Drilling
1:00 PM- Lunch/Free time (HOME WCU FOOTBALL GAME)
SESSION 2:
4:00 PM- Strength and Conditioning
6:00 PM- College Wrestle-Offs (Paul Wright Gym)
October 27th
7:00 AM- Optional Run
SESSION 3:
10:00 AM- Matches/Live Wrestling
11:00-11:30 AM- Check Out
