6:30 AM- Strength & Conditioning Session
7:45 AM- Breakfast/Goal Setting Session
8:00 AM- Late Check in
9:00 AM- Technique Session
10:30 AM- Recreation/Recovery Time
11:45 AM- Lunch/Film Breakdown
1:00 PM- Intensive/Live Wresting Session
3:00 PM- Recovery/Mental Training
5:00 PM- Dinner/Goal Reevaluation
